Automatic Delivery Preferences
Automatically enabled for all new Member accounts, this feature offers a seamless, hands‑off experience from the outset. Your purchases are consolidated over 30 days and dispatched to your default address — an elegant and efficient way to manage regular additions to your collection. If you’d prefer your items shipped after each auction instead, you can adjust this setting with a single click in your Member account.
Standard Delivery
We deliver Australia‑wide to your nominated address. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout, and every parcel is handled with meticulous care from dispatch to arrival.
Secure Pick Up
Selected items may be eligible for collection from participating Dan Murphy’s store locations. If available, pick up will appear as an option at checkout, allowing you to collect your purchase at your convenience, with ID verification required on arrival.
Delivery Guarantee (Optional)
For added assurance, you may elect to include our Delivery Guarantee. This provides protection against loss or damage during transit. If an issue arises, we will replace the Goods where available, or refund you based on the auction price paid.
Storage Service (Optional)
If you’re not ready to receive your purchases straight away, LANGTONS can hold your Goods for up to 30 days to allow consolidation. Beyond this period, storage can continue at our temperature‑controlled facility for a modest monthly fee. This service is designed to safeguard your collection until you're ready for delivery, offering both flexibility and peace of mind.
