Short description:
What a second chance offer is and when it may be available.
A second chance offer may be made when a lot is passed in because bidding did not reach reserve.
LANGTONS may then invite eligible bidders or watchers to purchase the lot at reserve after the auction closes.
Who may receive one?
A second chance offer may be made available to:
members who placed bids on the lot
members who were watching the lot
How long does it last?
Second chance offers are generally available for 24 hours after the auction closes.
They are offered at LANGTONS’ discretion and may not be available for every passed-in lot.
