Choosing Pick Up
If your order is eligible, you will be able to select Pick Up at checkout and choose your preferred collection location.
What you'll need on collection
To collect your order, you must:
- be at least 18 years old
- show valid government-issued photo ID
- provide a signature on collection
Nominating someone else to collect
You may nominate another person to collect on your behalf, provided they are 18 years or older and can present valid identification. The collector's name should be recorded against the order.

When your order will be ready
You will be notified once your order is available for collection. Please wait for this confirmation before visiting the store.
