LANGTONS and its delivery partners will make every reasonable effort to follow your instructions, but this may depend on:
- site access
- safety
- carrier limitations
- Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements
If you request unattended delivery, risk passes once delivery is made in accordance with your instructions.
Warm weather preference
If you would prefer your order to be held at our warehouse when warm weather is forecast in the delivery area, you can manage this setting in your account preferences or select your preferred option at checkout, where available.
