We care deeply about the wellbeing of our clients and remain committed to the responsible enjoyment of fine wine. If you have a concern about your relationship with alcohol — or believe you may be at risk of developing one — we invite you to self-exclude from our services and the wines we offer online.
How to self-exclude
If you have decided to take a step back, applying a self-exclusion to your account is a straightforward process:
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to Profile, then select Preferences.
- Open the Self-Exclusion option.
- Activate the toggle so that it turns gold, indicating it is now in effect.
- Save your changes to confirm your selection.
Taking a step back is a positive choice. If you would like a hand with the process, or need further support, please reach out to our Customer Experience team.
Worth remembering
What does online self-exclusion mean? Online self-exclusion means you will not be able to place an online order through any of our Endeavour retail brands, or access your existing brand accounts. Our Endeavour retail brands include LANGTONS, BWS, Dan Murphy's and more.
Where does my online self-exclusion not apply? You are excluding yourself from our online services and from our marketing. This does not apply to self-exclusion at any Dan Murphy's or BWS store. If you wish to be excluded from a store, please visit your local Store Manager, who will assist you in completing an in-store exclusion agreement.
Your self-exclusion will apply indefinitely.
If you wish to reverse your self-exclusion To reverse your request, please contact our Customer Experience team. Your account will be reviewed after a minimum 24-hour period, though the process may take several business days.
How we use your information
We collect the personal information you provide so that we may apply your self-exclusion across our online services and Endeavour retail brand accounts. Without this information, we are unable to action your request.
We will use this information only for the purpose of implementing and maintaining your self-exclusion, and may share it with our order fulfilment and delivery partners to ensure your exclusion is honoured across our partner platforms.
For more on how we handle your personal information — including how to access or correct it, and how to make a complaint — please see our Privacy Policy.
