If you would like to exclude yourself from online ordering and access to your existing online accounts, you may do so through self-exclusion.
What self-exclusion covers
Online self-exclusion applies across Endeavour retail brands, including:
- LANGTONS
- Dan Murphy’s
- BWS
It applies to:
- online ordering
- access to your online account
- related marketing communications
How to self-exclude
To self-exclude:
- log in to your account
- go to Settings
- select Preferences
- tick the Self Exclusion box
- save your changes
Reversing self-exclusion
If you would like to reverse your self-exclusion, please contact our Customer Experience Team. Requests are reviewed after a minimum 24-hour period and may take several business days to process.
