LANGTONS offers several payment methods depending on the purchase type and order value.
Accepted payment methods
Depending on the transaction, payment may be made by:
- nominated credit card
- bank transfer
- BPAY
- PayPal
Wine Store and Client Services purchases
For Wine Store and Client Services purchases, payment is generally taken at the point of sale using your nominated payment method.
Auction purchases
For auction purchases with a total purchase price of $10,000 or less, your nominated credit card may be charged automatically after the auction closes.
For auction purchases over $10,000, you will need to nominate your preferred payment method within 4 calendar days of auction close.
Invoices
A tax invoice is issued after purchase. For Private Sales orders, your invoice will be issued within 48 hours of placing your order.
Invoices may also be available in your account transaction history.
Overdue payments
If payment is not received within 30 days, LANGTONS may treat this as Buyer Default and may cancel the sale, recover costs or suspend buying access.
