No Commercial Value, or NCV, means LANGTONS has assessed the goods as unsuitable for sale.
This may be due to factors such as:
- poor condition
- limited market demand
- repeated failure to sell
- damage or presentation issues
- other factors affecting saleability
What happens next?
If your goods are classified as NCV, LANGTONS will contact you to arrange either:
- return of the goods at your cost, including shipping and the minimum handling fee, or
- disposal of the goods
If no instructions are received within 28 days, the goods may be disposed of and the minimum handling fee may still apply.
