Choosing your store
At checkout, you may search for and select your preferred participating Dan Murphy's store from the available list.
Finding your nearest store
To find your nearest Dan Murphy's, visit the Store Locator at danmurphys.com.au. Most stores are open seven days a week, though trading hours vary by location and public holidays — please check before collecting.
When your order will be ready
You will receive an email or SMS notification once your order has arrived in store. Please wait for that confirmation before visiting.
Holding period
Orders are generally held in store for thirty (30) calendar days after the ready-for-Pick Up notification. If you are unable to collect within that time, please contact our Customer Experience team to make alternative arrangements.
If collection doesn't happen
Where we are unable to reach you despite reasonable attempts — including at least two emails to the address on your account and at least one phone call or SMS — your order may be:
- returned to our warehouse and held in storage (with storage fees applying from the date of return)
- redirected for delivery to the default address on your account, at your cost
- if storage fees remain unpaid for 30 calendar days, or further storage becomes unviable, re-sold or otherwise disposed of in line with our Terms and Conditions
We would always prefer not to reach this point. A brief call to our team if you anticipate a delay is almost always the easiest path.
What you'll need on Pick Up
You — or your nominated representative — must:
- be at least 18 years old
- show valid government-issued photo ID
- provide a signature on Pick Up
If a representative is collecting on your behalf, they must also be 18 or older and present valid identification.
Shipping fees
Standard shipping fees apply to Pick Up orders.
