Auto shipping, consolidated shipping and Storage are designed for eligible auction purchases — and reflect the particular rhythms of buying at auction. Wine Store and Client Services purchases follow a different, more direct path.
How Wine Store and Client Services orders are fulfilled
Wine Store and Client Services purchases are generally fulfilled using standard delivery arrangements — dispatched once settlement is complete, and delivered to your nominated Australian address.
What this means in practice
- Auto shipping does not apply, as these orders are not tied to an auction close.
- Consolidated shipping is not available — each order is dispatched on its own.
- Storage is not available for Wine Store or Client Services purchases as a standard option. Where you would like wines held in our care, please speak with your Private Client Manager.
Delivery options that do apply
For Wine Store and Client Services orders, you may choose:
- Standard delivery to your nominated Australian address
- Pick Up from a participating Dan Murphy's store, where available
- Warm weather holds, where seasonal conditions warrant
