LANGTONS stores wine in a temperature-controlled national warehouse near Melbourne to help preserve condition before dispatch.
We offer a range of fulfilment options depending on the type of purchase, including standard delivery, auction shipping preferences, collection and storage.
Delivery options may include
- standard delivery
- auto shipping for eligible auction purchases
- consolidated shipping for eligible auction purchases
- collection from selected locations, where available
- storage for eligible auction purchases
Delivery requirements
By default, deliveries require a signature and proof of identity. Where available, customers may choose unattended delivery at checkout.
Consolidated shipping
Consolidated shipping groups eligible auction purchases into one delivery every 30 days, based on the oldest unshipped invoice in your account. If your oldest unshipped invoice is more than 30 days old, it will not be included in automatic consolidated shipping. It will need to be shipped separately, or manually grouped with more recent purchases, and storage fees may apply if it is not shipped.
Before dispatch
All orders must be paid in full before dispatch or collection.
Delivery timing
LANGTONS aims to dispatch orders promptly once payment is complete. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2 to 10 business days across Australia.
Warm weather shipping preferences
During warmer months, you can choose to have eligible orders held at our warehouse if warm weather is forecast in the delivery area.
Unless you update your preference, orders will be dispatched as soon as possible, regardless of weather conditions.
You can manage this setting in your account under:
- My Account > Dashboard
- Manage Preferences
- Auctions & Deliveries
If your order is held due to warm weather, you can contact LANGTONS at any time to request immediate dispatch.
