Fine wine is, at its best, a shared journey — and some of the most considered moments at LANGTONS come from the words, images and reflections our clients choose to share. A tasting note that lingers. A photograph from an evening with a producer. A few quiet lines about a wine that meant something. This is how our community shapes the wider LANGTONS world.
What counts as user content
User content includes anything you submit or post through our websites or services, such as:
- reviews, ratings and tasting notes
- photographs and video
- comments and feedback
- other written or visual material
What you confirm when you share
By submitting content to LANGTONS, you confirm that:
- you own the content, or have all the rights needed to share it
- the content does not infringe anyone else's rights, and does not contravene any law
- the content is yours to share freely
The licence you grant
When you share content with us, you grant LANGTONS — and our related companies within Endeavour Group — a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish and share that content for any purpose connected with our business, including marketing and promotional material.
It is a small gesture, but a meaningful one. It allows us to share the spirit of LANGTONS gatherings, to showcase considered reviews from our community, and to enrich the experience of others through the words and images of those who have walked the path before them.
Photographs and video at LANGTONS events
By attending a LANGTONS event, you acknowledge that a photographer or videographer may be present, and that you and your guests may be photographed or filmed. All such photographs and footage are the property of LANGTONS, used under the same perpetual, royalty-free licence described above.
Should you prefer not to be photographed at an event, please speak with a LANGTONS representative on arrival — we will quietly accommodate.
Editing and removal
We may, acting reasonably, edit, moderate or remove user content at any time without notice — for example, where content is inappropriate, inaccurate or no longer relevant.
Reporting an infringement
If you believe content on our websites infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at service@langtons.com.au with the relevant detail.
