To help safeguard your account, LANGTONS uses multi-factor authentication, also known as MFA.
Once you enter your login details, you will be asked to verify your login using a one-time passcode each time you sign in.
Why MFA matters
MFA adds an additional layer of security and helps protect against:
- unauthorised account access
- scams and phishing attempts
- fraudulent activity
Setting up MFA
When prompted, you will be asked to:
- verify the email address linked to your LANGTONS account
- nominate a mobile number for future verification
- verify that mobile number using a one-time passcode
Once complete, your account will be protected by MFA.
International mobile numbers
If you do not have an Australian mobile number, you can still authenticate. Please enter your number with the country code and without symbols or extra zeroes.
Didn’t receive your code?
Please try the following:
- wait a few minutes
- check your spam or junk folder
- if using Android, check blocked or spam SMS folders
- select Resend Code
A newly issued code will replace the previous one and remain valid for 10 minutes.
Suspicious verification messages
Verification emails should come from: no-reply@verify.langtons.com.au
LANGTONS will never ask for personal information in a verification email or SMS. If you receive a suspicious message, please report it to: hoax@edg.com.au
If you continue to experience issues logging in or receiving a code, please call us on 1300 946 347.
