Before sending your goods
Please wait until acceptance has been confirmed before arranging shipment.
What happens when your wine arrives?
Once your goods are received, they will be:
- inspected
- recorded under your member account
- assessed for suitability
- prepared for listing, including any relevant condition notes
If the goods are unsuitable for sale
If the goods are assessed as unsuitable for sale, they may be classified as No Commercial Value (NCV) and we will contact you to arrange return or disposal.
