If goods purchased through the Wine Store or Client Services are faulty, damaged, or otherwise fail to meet a consumer guarantee, LANGTONS will provide an appropriate remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
- a refund
- a replacement, where available
- another suitable remedy
Assessment may be required
Before confirming a remedy, LANGTONS may arrange for the goods to be collected and assessed.
Older wines
This generally does not apply to wines older than 15 years where faults may reasonably be attributable to age, including changes affecting:
- cork
- colour
- taste
