To be eligible
You must:
- contact LANGTONS within 14 calendar days of delivery
- return the goods within 28 calendar days of delivery
- return the goods unopened, in the original packaging, undamaged and in saleable condition
- provide proof of purchase
Worth remembering
Delivery fees are not refunded for change-of-mind returns, and you bear the cost of returning the goods.
Auction purchases
Change-of-mind returns do not apply to auction purchases. A bid is an irrevocable offer, and a winning bid is binding.
