LANGTONS may offer a refund or exchange for change-of-mind returns on eligible Wine Store and Client Services purchases.
To be eligible
You must:
- contact LANGTONS within 14 calendar days of delivery
- return the goods within 28 calendar days of delivery
- return the goods unopened
- return them in their original packaging
- ensure they are undamaged and in saleable condition
- provide proof of purchase
Worth knowing
Delivery fees are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.
Auction purchases
Change-of-mind returns do not apply to auction purchases.
