Purchases from the Wine Store or Client Services
If goods purchased through the Wine Store or Client Services are faulty, damaged, or otherwise fail to meet a consumer guarantee, LANGTONS will provide an appropriate remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
- a refund
- a replacement, where available
- another suitable remedy
Auction purchases
Auction purchases are different from retail purchases.
Because auction wine may have varied storage histories and natural age-related variation, some guarantees apply differently to auction goods than they do to Wine Store or Client Services purchases.
If you believe your auction purchase was materially misdescribed or is otherwise eligible for review, please contact LANGTONS.
Consumer guarantees
LANGTONS’ goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
