Worth knowing
- You must be 18 years or older to create an account and use LANGTONS services involving alcohol.
- Membership is required for most LANGTONS services, including buying, bidding and selling.
- You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and current.
- Auction purchases carry particular considerations, especially where mature wines are concerned.
- Some consumer guarantees apply differently to auction wines than to Wine Store or Client Services purchases.
- LANGTONS may suspend or terminate access where the Terms are materially breached.
