Fine wine evolves. So too does the world around it — the regulatory landscape, the technologies that bring our experiences to life, the services we offer our clients. From time to time, our Terms and Conditions are refined to reflect that evolution. This article explains how those changes are notified, and what they mean for you.
How we notify changes
When our Terms change, we will:
- post advance notice on our websites
- where relevant, send a service message to Members summarising the key changes
- publish the updated Terms on our website, with the date of last update clearly shown
When changes take effect
Each update notice will specify the date on which the revised Terms take effect. Continuing to use LANGTONS services after that date constitutes acceptance of the changed Terms.
Should you prefer not to accept the changes, you may close your account at any time — see Closing your LANGTONS account.
What a summary looks like
For significant updates, we publish a plain-English summary of the key changes alongside the full revised Terms — written in the same considered tone as everything else at LANGTONS. The most recent summary is available at Changes to Our Terms.
Earlier versions
