Who may join
You must be at least 18 years of age to become a LANGTONS Member. As part of joining, we may ask you to verify your age.
What membership unlocks
Membership opens the door to:
- the Wine Store
- bidding at auction
- selling wines and spirits through LANGTONS
- managing delivery and cellaring preferences
- features such as the Watch list and Wishlist
Keeping your account current
To ensure your experience is a seamless one, please keep the following up to date:
- full name
- email address
- mobile number
- delivery address
- payment details
Account security
Your login details are personal, and should be kept confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access, please contact us promptly so we may assist.
If your account is suspended
In rare circumstances, LANGTONS may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary — including in the case of a material breach of our Terms and Conditions. If your account has been suspended and you would like to request a review, please call us on 1300 946 347.
