- use strong, purpose-suited outer cartons
- ensure each bottle is packed firmly, with no movement within the box
- use internal protection such as dividers or cushioning
- protect labels, capsules and presentation boxes from scuffing or moisture
- avoid overpacking, so cartons remain safe to handle
