Once we have confirmed that your wines are suited to sale, we will share instructions for bringing them into our care.
Before sending your wines
We ask that you wait until acceptance has been confirmed before arranging transport. This ensures every bottle is expected, accounted for and handled appropriately on arrival.
When your wines arrive
Each bottle is:
- inspected with care
- recorded against your Member account
- assessed for suitability
- prepared for presentation, including any relevant condition notes
If a wine is unsuited to sale
Occasionally, wines arrive in a condition that means we are unable to offer them for sale. The following fees will apply:
- Minimum handling fee of $6 per bottle will be charged for each bottle received and assessed for sale.
- Return shipping is charged at $23 per 12 standard bottles (or part thereof), if you choose to have the goods returned or
- Disposal is charged at $23 per 12 standard bottles (or part thereof), if you choose to have the goods disposed of.
The minimum handling fee applies in all cases. Return shipping or the disposal fee applies in addition, depending on which option you choose.
