Who can join?
You must be at least 18 years old to become a LANGTONS member.
As part of the sign-up process, we may ask you to verify your age.
Why membership matters
Membership is required to access most LANGTONS services, including:
- purchasing from the Wine Store
- bidding at auction
- selling wine or spirits through LANGTONS
- managing delivery and storage preferences
- using features such as watchlist and wishlist
Keeping your account current
To ensure a smooth experience, please keep the following details accurate and up to date:
- full name
- email address
- mobile number
- delivery address
- payment details
Account security
Your login details are personal and should be kept confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact LANGTONS promptly.
Account suspension or termination
In some circumstances, LANGTONS may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary, including where there has been a material breach of the Terms & Conditions.
If your account has been suspended, you may request a review by contacting calling us on 1300 946 347.
