There are a number of reasons a bid may not be able to be placed, including:
- your account is not yet complete
- your payment details are missing or no longer valid
- your account has been suspended
- you have an overdue payment
- a brief technical matter is being attended to
- account verification requirements have not yet been met
When LANGTONS may pause bidding access
Yes — in some circumstances, LANGTONS may suspend bidding access where reasonably necessary, including in the case of:
- a material breach of our Terms and Conditions
- Buyer Default
- suspected fraudulent activity
- an outstanding account verification issue
What you may wish to check
Please confirm that:
- you are signed in
- your payment details are current
- your account information is complete
- you do not have any unpaid invoices
