If wines acquired through the Wine Store or Client Services are faulty, damaged, or fail to meet a consumer guarantee, LANGTONS will provide an appropriate remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Depending on the circumstances, this may be:
- a refund
- a replacement, where available
- another suitable remedy
Assessment may be required
Before confirming a remedy, we may arrange for the wines to be collected and assessed.
Mature wines
This generally does not apply to wines older than 15 years, where any concerns may reasonably be attributable to age — including changes affecting cork, colour or taste.
