Settling a purchase at LANGTONS is meant to feel as considered as the rest of the experience. The accepted methods, and when each applies, are summarised below.

When payment is taken
Wine Store and Client Services. Payment is generally taken at the point of sale, using the method nominated on your Member account.
Private Sales. Payment is generally processed at the time the order is placed. Your tax invoice will be issued within 48 hours.
Auction purchases up to $10,000. Your nominated credit card may be charged automatically once the auction closes.
Auction purchases above $10,000. You will be invited to nominate your preferred payment method within four calendar days of the auction close, with the full amount payable within 30 calendar days.

Currency
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Where you pay from an overseas account or in a foreign currency, your bank's exchange rate and any conversion fees will apply.
Saving a payment method to your account
A nominated credit card is held against your Member account to support seamless settlement, particularly for auction purchases and storage fees. You may update your saved card at any time:
- Log in to your account
- Go to My Account › Profile › Account Details
- Update your payment details
- Save your changes

A note on security
Your payment details are held with care, using industry-standard security measures. We will never ask for your full card details by email or SMS. If you receive a message that appears suspicious, please report it to hoax@edg.com.au.
